Extended Access appointments are now available in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley.
We are able to offer some patients appointments on weekday evenings and at weekends. These extended access clinics are run by DGS Health Federation and can be telephone or face-to-face consultations held at Kent House Surgery in Longfield. The clinician will have access to your medical record and are also able to arrange prescriptions requests, Med 3 certificates and referrals.
The extended access appointments can be offered by our navigation team once the patient has submitted an eConsult and their request has been triaged, to ensure that the appointment is appropriate.
