Advice to travellers returning from Wuhan, China

If you have travelled to Wuhan City in China in the last 2 weeks and feel unwell, call NHS 111 for advice.

Do not go straight to a doctor's surgery or hospital

We now have an appointment checking in touch screen in the waiting area of reception. This will save patients having to wait at reception to check in.

If you need assistance to be shown how to use it please ask a member of staff.

Missed Appointments -If you are unable to attend your appointment please inform the surgery so we are able to offer these to other patients.  In January there were 59 Doctor and 61 Nurse appointments that were unattended.

Prescription forms (ie not medication) are now collected from the Enquiries Desk.  Medication is collected from the Dispensary.

Dear Patient,

patient survey

We are always happy to hear from patients to know how we can improve our service to you and how you percieve our surgery and staff.  To help us with this we have established a Patient Participation Group (PPG).  Our PPG currently comprises the following volunteer members.

The Group meets approximately every 6-8 weeks.  You will find details of PPG events in the waiting room.

If you would like to join the PPG or hear more about it, please telephone Tracey Caller on 01474 814733.  We welcome all patients but particularly need young people to join the Group.

You can download the sign up form, print it out, complete it and return it to the Practice.

We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.
