Booked Appointments

For your safety we are limiting the number of patients in the practice at any one time.  To help us with this:  Please may we ask that you do not arrive earlier than your appointment time.  Attend alone where possible. We ask that you please wear a face covering. When you arrive please ring the buzzer.  If the buzzer isn’t answered immediately, please be mindful that the receptionists may be busy taking calls.

If you have a prescription or medication to collect the Surgery will ONLY be open between 10am-12pm and 3pm and 5pm.  A member of staff will be at the side window in the porch area to assist you.

Customer service formWe make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
