FOR INFORMATION REGARDING CORONAVIRUS PLEASE GO TO THE FURTHER INFORMATION SECTION ENTITLED COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) WHERE YOU WILL FIND ALL LATEST INFORMATION REGARDING SURGERY PROCEDURES 

If you have a prescription or medication to collect the Surgery will ONLY be open between 10am-12pm and 3pm and 5pm.  A member of staff will be at the side window in the porch area to assist you.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available in the front porch in the form of a leaflet or please download our Complaints Procedure leaflet below.
